With it's extra cheese, light sauce, and caramelized crust, we are not saying it's true "Detroit". We understand that Detroit is square, and totally respect that. We just happened to have all these thick metal round pans. We tweaked our dough and our cheese a bit, and what we ended up with was our take on a Detroit style pizza. We give all the love and props to the true original Detroit pizza makers, we're just trying to humbly show our love, and share this style with all of you.
